What does this mod do?
  • Combines and rebalances 2 large asian theme packs together with less bugs than other mods that have tried to merge them.
  • Adds 7 extra classes
  • And 100's of extra weapons and clothing.

Remix Author "Viz" decided to enhance their work.

"Viz" has permitted me "steffire3" to release "FEP+" onto the "Steam Workshop".
Proof can be found in the FEP+ Discussion at the "Torch Modders Forums".[torchmodders.com]
Media file was used meaning the Skill Tags are functional which should help compatibility.

Credit to recent contributors who ensured the success of FEP+ included with great thanks:
  • "Sch123" who has always been one of the most important feedback testers for many mods.
  • "Phanjam (TorchModders)" who has always been the best at patching gaps in various projects.
  • "Epoch" probably the best at fixing bugs at lightning speed when we least expected it.
Be warned that using this mod will erase items from other versions of "Far East Mods" due to items being changed and cleaned by "Viz".
These Fixes have been made:
  • All Far East Classes have access to all original hair and face options.
  • Attempted to fix excess points on Refund and Weapons that once crashed the game.
  • Attempted to resolve conflict between the two Packs and solve the Stat Crash Bug.
  • Kensei, Ninja and Ronin reworked while other Classes received small changes.
  • Compatible with the "Variant Classes" mod however this requires Multiplayer testing.
Items have been changed in the following ways:
  • Rarity: Good Example is the Nodachi now almost all Unique with Rares removed.
  • Stat Requirements have been rebalanced to match Original Weapon Stat Requirements.
  • Affixes have been made more diverse such as different Attack Speeds or Damage Types.
  • Affixes have been made less imbalanced and more reasonable.
  • Easier or better names and descriptions used to identify some Weapons.
Short Summary describing the main content this mod adds:
7 extra character classes:
  • Grand Master = (Combo Skills)
  • Kensei = (Big Blade)
  • Mongol Archer = (Bow Ranger)
  • Monster Hunter = (Big Gunner)
  • Ninja = (Mixed Attacker)
  • Ronin = (Dual Swords)
  • Warrior Monk = (Melee Bruiser)
100's of added items:
  • 20+ extra animations (Swings, Slashes, Kicks, Acrobatic Attacks).
  • 50+ extra weapon models (Katana, Nodachi, Blade, Kama, Star, Boken, Sickle, Club).
  • 100+ extra armor items (Tops, Uniforms, Armor, Tatoos, Pants, Blind Folds, Cone Hats).
  • 3 extra Far East gear merchants.
  • Class specific armor sets at levels 25, 50, 75 and 100.
  • Unique weapons at various levels.
  • Legnedary weapons at levels 25, 50, 75 and 100.

@ Space : FEP+ is compatible with LAO_3 although the special items from FEP+ won't scale above level 100. The only aspect of FEP+ that can continue with the LAO_3 high item levels of 200+ till 900+ are the FEP+ Classes as shown above.

Example: FEP+ Ninja equipped with LAO_3 level 900 items.
The FEP+ items however will still be level 100 at max.
So FEP+ items and LAO_3 items scale differently.
FEP+ Classes (and all other mod classes from other mods) can equip LAO_3 items.

The rules of LAO_3 require that a class use the LAO_3 Enchanters to place high Stats on currently equipped items enabling the ability to equip higher level items.
The character_class level however will always be 100 at max.

No promises on Unearthed Arcana being functional with any mod.
Unearthed Arcana tends to have unusual immobile boss issues when placed with other mods.

@ Soki-sama : A miscommunication with the mod author Viz who is currently unavailable to fix the factual error on the Fansite. The Fansite version is 2020 while the Steam version is 2019. The Fansite version is the true latest version. I don't have the 2020 change-notes nor the untouched files (skill-functionality would break if I asked another modder to edit this version hence would have to upload a new entry onto the Workshop for the change) hence I'm not certain what are the current errors that the Fansite fixes.

okay so which version is the ACTUAL newest of this modpack? since the steam page says the newest can be found on site #### and said site says THE STEAM VERSION is the one we should get even thoug steam was lkast updated 2018 and the one on the site was 2020......

Yeah, I realised I had 52 mods instead of 50, decreased mine to 48 so now your mod shows up.

@ Cobra de la foudre 6969 : The file is labeled as "fep_plus" in the folder. If there's more than 50 mods subscribed then there can be issues when attempting to add more mods into the folder. Could also verify integrity of files by right click on the game name within Steam within Properties.

let me specify, I wasn't asking that, I mean when I subscribe to it, it doesn't show up on my mod folder for Torchlight II, it shows other mods like gunmage for example and when I subscribe and download this mod it just doesn't appear.
