The Photon Musket Weapon for the Phoxes! (Patch)

This is a very simple patch mod which requires the two following mods:
- Phox Race
- Photon Musket

This patch gives the four guard types (this includes the Crew Member type) of Phoxes that Photon Musket weapon, which is a Musket that suits the Phoxes very well due to their lore. It has NO EFFECT on current Guard Phoxes that you have met previously before installing this mod but all future ones will spawn with the Photon Musket instead of a random ugly weapon. If you have any Phox Soldiers on your Crew, you'll need to dismiss them and hire new ones for them to have the weapon as well...

Oh, and the mod also adds in an unique Phox Dagger as their melee option... The ID is literally just "phoxdagger" if you want to try it yourself but I focused mostly just making the dagger as an NPC weapon.
