Improved Music Player & Dark UI Fix

Fixes the graphical bugs caused by using Dark UI and Improved Music Player concurrently.

All color highlights are fixed.

I tweaked the placement of a few of the buttons so that they are perfectly spaced.

The original Improved Music Player mod removed the volume up and down arrows to clean up the UI. This is not possible in the current version of stellaris as removing the arrows entirely causes a game crash. The most recent version of IMP includes tiny arrows in the place of the original ones. These arrows are the same arrows seen in the Game Details screen (where you adjust galaxy size, shape, number of AI empires, etc. before you start a game) therefore you can't just substitute an empty image file.

For this reason and due to my personal opinon I have replaced the original large triangle arrows and repositioned them so they fit better with the positioning of the rest of the controls. I believe this is a good compromise between the two positions but if you'd prefer the tiny arrows included in IMP instead let me know and I'll make a mod for the mod for the mod.

You can use this with or without Dark U1 - Blue Buttons.
