A patch to allow Planetary Diversity to work with Stellaris Economic Overhaul. Don't use this patch unless you use both of those mods.

There is a custom fan fix for RPD but I sadly enough have to switch to PD too since there are too many mods conflicting with it atm :<

Ah, my bad. I haven't used it in a while, so I didn't check when it was last updated.

The reason I didn't make it compatible is that the author can no longer update the mod - it's still on Stellaris 1.8 I believe.
