Download the save, unzip the file and paste it "\Documents\NFS Undercover"

Example : C:\Users\AymericTheNightmare\Documents\NFS Undercover\AymSpec

Run the game, and load the "AymSpec" save. Now you have all the cars in the game plus the city cars (trucks, police, etc) !
