For this achievement you have to find the 5 Chad graffitis[en.wikipedia.org] and look at them for a second. It's recommended to do this while going for the Completionist achievement.

Good question!
I started working on it, then work got in the way and completely forgot about it.
Good news is, if the quarantine doesn't end soon, I'l have time to finish it. I've posted a map for this one, since it was the quickest of all.
