What it does :

Adds a centered purple dot crosshair.
You can disable the standard crosshair by typing crosshair 0 in the console.

Custom big purple dot with thin black outline based on "swag" modification of "REDNBLACK's" work. (I try to give proper credits, feel free to contact me if removal/modification is needed).
