NOPE [Bronze]
"Left when things were getting interesting in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you exit the game once the beginning cutscene is finished.
Alchemist [Bronze]
"Removed the Shadow's residue in the entrance hall in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you use the pot of acid to rid the shadow's residue that blocks the refinery.
Escape Artist [Silver]
"Escaped the creature in the water in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you get passed the water monster scene and make it to the back hall.
Descendant [Bronze]
"Taken a rough ride on an elevator in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you ride the elevator and fall down into the prison.
Pipeworker [Bronze]
"Lowered the water level in the cistern to reveal a new way out in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you turn all the valves in the cistern and enter the sewer.
Restorer [Silver]
"Collected the pieces of the orb and rebuilt it in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you restore the orb by finding all six shards.
Quitter [Silver]
"Failed to escape the cells and was consumed by the Shadow in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you let the shadow kill you during the chase in the cells. Just wait around until the Shadow appears and it will eventually kill you.
Survivor [Gold]
"Killed Alexander and escaped the castle in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you reach Daniel's ending. Push over all 3 pillars before the portal opens and Alexander escapes.
Sacrifice [Gold]
"Allowed Alexander to escape in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you reach Alexander's ending. Do nothing, the portal will open up and Alexander will escape.
Benefactor [Gold]
"Rescued Agrippa in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you reach Agrippa's ending. When the portal opens up, use Agrippa's head on it before Alexander escapes.
Egotist [Silver]
"Not a single victim survived in Amnesia: Justine." This achievement is unlocked when you beat the DLC while letting all victims die.
Vacillator [Silver]
"Some victims died, some lived in Amnesia: Justine." This achievement is unlocked when you beat the DLC while letting at least one victim live.
Altruist [Gold]
"Not a single victim died in Amnesia: Justine." This achievement is unlocked when you beat the DLC while saving all the victims.
Still Alive [Gold]
"Became aware of the merits of A.S. Inc.'s Span-space Device in Amnesia: Justine." This achievement is unlocked when you find the secret letter behind a line of books in the library.
Illuminatus [Gold]
"Picked up every tinderbox in Amnesia: The Dark Descent." This achievement is unlocked when you pick up every tinderbox in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Master Archivist [Gold]
"Read all notes in all games." This achievement is unlocked when you collect all the notes in both Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Amnesia: Justine.
Masochist [Gold]
"My name is... Daniel... and I... have made life... exceptionally hard for myself." This achievement is unlocked when you beat the game on hard mode.
Insanity [Platnum]
"Achieved all other trophies." This achievement is unlocked when you achieve every other achievement!!!

How is this a guide? This is a list of the achievements with their description. No one is guiding nobody in how to get them at all, nor is described the best approach to 100% the game. "guide".
