The vanilla version of the "Leadership" combat ability grants all allies within a 5m radius a bonus to dodging and to all resistances. (Although in-game testing shows it to be 8m and not 5m). This small range makes the ability extremely limiting and overall is lackluster with a diverse party, thus the goal of this mod is to extend its range and make the skill more viable as an option.

Compatibility:
* This mod should be compatible with most other mods as long as they do not change the range of Leadership.

Known Issues:
* The tool tip for the Leadership buff will still say it only has a range of 5m as I could not find anywhere to change it.

Disclaimer:
* Using this mod WILL DISABLE you from being able to earn achievements. (A simple google search might be able to solve this)
* Always backup your save file before attempting to use a mod, while nothing bad SHOULD happen it doesn't mean it can't.

@Will Be Your Waifu For MMR
I did a quick test, and the level up tool tip seems to show the new values. The buff icon details do not seem to update and the actual value changes do not seem to actually change the resistances or dodging of allies. This was very quick and dirty so more investigation is probably needed. Although I tried using another mod that supposedly increased these same values and still did not see the changes being applied to a character.

The format of your mod description is really well kept, so cheers to that. However I have to say the range of leadership is not the only thing I find lackluster about it.

If you boost the elemental resistances, does it show it in-game?
