FIRST thing first , here is a thirdperson FIX for close / medium & ranged shot with zoom modification :

** Look at original hud **

Or use your own thirdperson configuration.

So, here is a tiny rogue version of my The Division HUD for someone who needs it :

- My previous overlay addon

- Custom position for player and teammates (health , kit, pils ...etc)

- Custom icons

- Isaac + turret skill icon

- The division crosshair / crosshair 0 to disable , 1 to enable + compatible with default dynamic crosshair.

you would have to change the overlay vtf file ( texture + alpha ) that control the visual elements such as ccustom dot crosshair and boxes for items, then open with notepad++ each panel to move each numbers to the desired area, i won't lie it's a LONG stuff to do.
