Modular Street Parks Seats and Trees 4x1 by Populous

If you want to move a lot of traffic, you are using one way streets going both ways and at least a space between them...
Built by request and turned out is a great deal of fun packed into a simple, logical and beautiful park.

Features:
- Beautiful and looks deliberate, as if it always should have been in your city this whole time
- Grass Tile used to make for perfectly manicured landscaping
- Active and natural gathering of Cims
- Trees reduce cross noise
- Increased land value the entire strip you lay parks
- Eliminates or reduces the need for large parks allowing more zonable space

Specifications:
- 4x1 Park
- If you want 4x2, looks beautiful back to back.
- Accumulation reduced to 12 so the park looks better but maintain benefits (Normal is 50)
- Range is still 400

I regularly use your little parks (1x4 and 4x1 orientation) as they're perfect for greening my city and beautifying roads. Love watching cims use them. Thanks so much! Might you be inspired to make more when you get a spare moment?

I rather not edit assets or I will never stop! lol

It's not the most important but I like the park asset and who knows if I will try editing it.

Goldenmaz, you are welcome to open the asset in the asset editor and remove the grass tile and save it as your own copy (make sure to rename the file), or place snow texture, I only ask that you not re-upload the file as your own, not that I think you ever would.

Thank you for answering, Populous (I love the game btw!)! So how do I fix this? Place a snow texture on each park, all over my city? I was planning on jumping back and forth between snow and normal mode...

Goldenmaza, this took me awhile to figure out as it is snowfall compatible.. The grass is perfectly manacured and however a tile which does not allow itself to be overitten by snow. This asset would loose it's clean look if I removed the tile.

Is it possible to update this park so it works with Snow Fall DLC? Currently, while using the Environment Changer mod, I went from temperate to vinter and this park was the only item in my entire city that did not change with the rest.
