Malekith——the True Phoenix King

Malekith has been fighting for thousands of years in order to regain the throne that should have belonged to him. However, in the game, Ulthuan is just an ordinary territory with some special buildings which are better than none. So I made this mod.

Effect:
1. Add a new technology the Witch King faction, which could be unlocked by the special building "shrine of asuryan def". The technology has a tremendous increase in both domestic development and diplomacy.

2, Add a Witch King skill, unlocked at 30 lv.(surely Ulthuan should be conquered at that time) The effect is to let him take off his mask and mount a star dragon.

3, The Witch King faction can recruit High elves units from the special buildings in Ulthuan, and all the technology and character skills affect appropriate units.

Conflicts: Purely new content. May create benign conflicts with mods that change the Witch King's skill tree, such as blocking a skill.

Future plan:
1, Try to make a trait that Witch King will get after stay a round in the town "shrine of asuryan" in the center of Ulthuan.

2, Should High elves units be changed to unlock by technology and recruit in conventional recruitment buildings?

Known issues:
（1）if set to mod format, it will be invalid on my computer, change into movie format and everything is allright.The reason is unknown. If you have the same problem, please follow these steps:
1, cancel this mod in steam workshop
2, download the movie format mod {リンクが削除されました}http://pan.baidu.com/s/1kUPWqEF
3, move it into the game directory under the data folder (for example, this is my path D: \ SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Total War WARHAMMER II \ data)
4, start game
