You need the cinema gamemode for the screens to work,
you can find it here

And yes you need CS:S for missing textures.

Couldn't figure out how to make the VIP area VIP only, so I wrote an addon that spawns invincible guards in there who slaughter non-VIPs attempting to enter the lounge. 10/10

CS:S stands for Counter-Strike: Source. You need to buy it in order to get the missing textures.
