This was made in Classic not the Definitive Edition. Some items may have been moved, renamed or added. Do let me know if things have changed with new version and I'll add it to the guide.

And Stay Down
The staff grants skill Annihilate. It prevents resurrection of your teammate. Use with care.

Looks like you need to kill Bishop Alexander and Sallow Man would not attack the players (need to confirm). If Sallow Man did not attack and it should talk with the players and give out this staff.

Black Mirror
I swear I'm not bullying the disabled she started it.

Obtained after killing the Blind Priestess of the Ring.
Forktongue also has one on his person.
And a black ring reaver outside the elven temple.

Basically any leader of the Black Ring has this. You use it to communicate with Sallowman

Black Ring Sacrificial Dagger

Side with the Black Ring at the Temple of Rhalic. Speak with the Black Ring Painweaver afterwards for the dagger.

Cowl of True Sight
Using this you realise what a masterpiece the Room was with its hidden intricacies and clever plot points. Sorry I couldn't type that with a straight face. I still love you Tommy Wiseau.

Given to you by Alexander I don't know if you get it if you kill him probably do to deal with the Sallow Man should you decide to team up. Alexander is located at the Elven temple

Delorus' Bow

In Fort Joy's Prison you can save a magister called Delorus. In Nameless Isle you will have a chance to save him again where if you do he will give you his bow.

Divine Reckoning
Alexandar's staff. Item can be looted from Alexandar if you defeat him in Act 3

Located in a cave with some REALLY suspiciously placed Sentinels around it. Just look at the picture of the map you probably don't care about this part anyway.

Fran the Bicorne Hat

Located in Duna Temple. If Beast is on your team he will find it. The hat provides immunity to terrified.

Helmet of Duna's Knight

If you kill Duna's Knight on his corpse will be the Helmet of Duna's knight surprised?
Can't get it if you persuade him
Hilt of the Swornbreaker
Used to craft the Swornbreaker

Anyway it is located in the War room (Pretty menacing right?) in a chest. The war room is in the Sallow Man's cave which is the cave guarded by the troll next to the lunar temple. Honestly it's quite hard to miss.

The Shadow Prince's Signet

The main reason I didn't get this one was because ♥♥♥♥ nature am I right?

Located on the Nameless Isle (incase you didn't know that) this item is dropped by the Shadow Prince when killed or can be pickpocketed. He is marked on the map.


Sallow Chainmail
The Sallow Man is quite a bad description considering there are a lot of heavy smokers in our day and age. DOn't get it don't blame ya it wasn't that funny anyway

Basically kill The Sallow Man. He's in the cave by the Lunar Temple which is guarded by a troll. It's quite hard to miss.

Septas Shield
Thanks to Greenegg for providing the information for this one

What do we all enjoy? Damaging the local ecosystem by killing animals.

Given to you by a Empyreo a crab by the lizard shrine if you killed Septa the Ineffable in Fort Joy)

Watcher's Amulet

Xaxh's Staff of Parasitic Decay
This item can be obtained at The Nameless Isle and The Reaper's coast depending on wherever or not you allow the Desecrated skeleton to live or not. It's part of The Taste of Freedom questline.

You have one half of the Swornbreaker here, the Blade is found in the arena inside the academy (not the main quest fight)

The Shadow Prince's Signet can be stolen from Shadow Prince, who is the one who trade with divinity gears on this isle.
