My favorite and personal Build for my beloved Baby Deagle, you can use any other pistol with this skill set, i recommend you try the STRYK 18 with this.
High survivability, High DPS and you can melt dozers with this build... trust me.
Effective Pistol Build for Death Sentence and it can handle itself at mid level Crime Spree.

High base damage and high ammo pickup, but slow reload speed, use it to clean crowded areas. Easy to farm ammo for your pistol.

You can use it to stun an enemy and Intimidate a cop so you can get him as a hostage.

You can use the concussion grenades to get easy kills or to safely interact with something such as fixing a drill.

Medic

Combat Medic: 30% damage reduction when reviving a teammate.
Quick Fix: Decreases deploy time of your doctor bags.
Combat Doctor: 2 doctor bags. 4 charges for each doctor bag.
Inspire: You can revive a teammate when shouting at them, 20 seconds cooldown.

Enforcer

Tank

Resilience: Faster armor recovery. 75% faster to recover from flashbangs.
Transporter: You can Throw bags farther.
Bullseye: Recover armor when headshoting, 2 seconds cooldown.

Ammo Spececialist

Scavenger: The 6th enemy you kill drops one extra ammo pack.

Technician

Ghost

Artful Dodger

Duck and Cover: Your stamina regenerate faster, and you sprint faster. You have More chance to Dodge while sprinting.
Parkour: more movement speed. You can sprint in any direction
Inner Pockets: More concealment.
Shockproof: When you are being tazed press the action button to counter-tase the Taser.
Sneaky B*stard: More chance to dodge bullets.

Silent Killer

Second Wind: you gain more movement speed when your armor breaks.
Optical Illusions: Less chance to be targeted by enemies.
Low Blow: More chance to crit.

Fugitive

Gunslinger

Equilibrium: Decreases the time to draw or holster pistols.
Gun Nut: Pistol magazine have 5 more bullets. 50% faster fire rate.
Desperado: 50% faster reload speed with pistols
Trigger Happy: Every hit with your pistol increase your pistol damage by 120% for 2 seconds.

Revenant

Nine Lives: You can get downed one more time before going into custody.
Swan Song: When downed you can keep fighting for 9 seconds, you dont spend any bullet during swan song.
Feign Death: 15% chance to get yourself instantly revived when downed.
Messiah: You can revive yourself from a downed state by killing someone, you only have one charge, however you can get more charges from doctor bags.

Notes

- Any pistol can be used instead of the Baby deagle, if modified in a similar way, baby deagle is only my personal preference;

PS: For effectively using this build you need to "Keep those helmets flying".

Try using the gl40 more often, and to kill groups of enemies, that way you can get a lot of ammo

I Actually Run Your Build With Sicario Perk Deck Instead, And Turns Out It Pretty Damn Good On Mayhem

But The Problem Is, I Occasionally Run Out Ammo Very Quickly*, I Think Scavanger Aced Is Not Enough To Neglect This Problem
