[WOTC] Titanfall Weapons

Brings Titanfall universe weapons to XCOM2 ,

Should not have any conflicts as it only adds new items to T1/T3 , this is my first mod ever, so if there are any bugs, please report and don't forget to give a rating.

Adds:

+[NEW] B3 Wingman

+ R101C
+ Hemlok
+ C.A.R. SMG
+ R97 SMG
+ EVA-8
+ Spitfire
+ KRABER
+ R101-DMR
+ G2 A4

+Custom sound effects from Titanfall | 1
+Weapons are fully tintable
+Weapon upgrades are tied to Vanilla weapon upgrades

IF SOMEONE ALREADY HAS TIER 3 UPGRADES AND DOESNT GET MY WEAPON UPDATES U CAN ENTER FOLLOWING TO THE CONSOLE:

-Adds weapon ability names, so it should show up properly now.

-Adds B3 Wingman to secondary pistols
