Welcome to the second mod of my "Grand Order of the Reiksguard" series.
This mod adds another unit to the Empire's Reiksguard Order:

Reiksguard Griffon Knights

"The Reiksguard's answer to the growing threats around the Empire. The newly formed griffonrider regiment strikes fear in the hearts of the Emperor's enemies, when their mighty war griffons descend upon them."

Pros:
-Griffons
-Great mobility
-Forcefull impact when landing
-Devastating area attacks against infantry

Cons:
-Small regiment size because taming griffons is a long and expensive process
-Vulnerable if left alone or focused by the enemy
-High recruitment and maintenance costs as griffons are difficult to tame and they eat a lot
-Small Unit Size (6 Units)

They can be recruited at the reiksfort after building an armoury (rank 2).

Really great unit! Tore through a few battles with them. One great feature it can really give a lot of assist in bringing down enemy generals once units start routing. Fear is great!

on ultra unit size there are 6 Griffon Knights per regiment.

In ultra settings how many griffons are included in each unit ?

With the right skills on your lord. These units become absolutely devastating to infantry (normal and monstrous) and some calvary units. Thanks for the mod. 3 - 4 units of these can turn the tide of any battle.

Hey GHOB, Thank you :) I still have to finish my work on a greatsword and halberdier regiment ( which i hope to manage faily soon ) and afterwards i'll try to port all of them to Warhammer 2.
