Description
This is an alternate version of my port of the original "nein nein nein nein empty mag sound" mod for Insurgency, by Solar, located here: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1120183193

This replaces the empty mag sound with hitler saying "nein nein nein nein", when using Axis guns

oi retart can i hear this reload sound through walls essentially giving me the advantage as i can just sprint into a room when somebody starts to reload so i can get them with their pants down
