This is definitely bugged when used with radiant mode. It ignores the 4th rank of experienced recruits entirely, causing that upgrade to be a downgrade by making only level 0 and a few level 1 recruits appear. It is possible to work around this by just editing the file manually.

Go into the DarkestDungeonmodesradiantcampaigntownbuildingsstage_coach folder. Edit the file stage_coach.building.json and change the amount numbers listed under "roster_size_upgrades". The numbers are exactly what you get for each rank, so you could make them all 100 or whatever you'd like.

Save the file and you're done. No more need for this mod, so you can uninstall it and it won't break your experienced recruits upgrade any more.

When this mod is activated, the following problems arise.
In the 4-level Stage Coach(Experienced Recruits), a large number of zero-level heroes appear instead of the four-level heroes. so sad....

Same here. Once my roster reaches 70 heroes, dragging more heroes into the roster will cause them to disappear immediately. Seems not only this mod, but other roster expand mod would not fix this problem either. Must be some update issue that add this annoying limitation

I have it activated, never deactivated it and after a couple of years break from DD it doesn't work anymore, robbing me of ~70 heroes of all sorts of levels. Sad.

have you activated the mod in-game?
you do that by pressing a blue hammer button in the menu where you select your save file, if you have done that and it doesnt work than the problem is most likely caused by another mod that modifies stage_coach.building.json, either put this mod higher in the load order or deactivate the mod that cuases the conflict.
