Senior Citizen Luxurious Apartments and Nusing Care Facility by Populous


This Luxurious Apartment building works with and requires Mod: Nursing Homes for Senior Citizens. Allowing younger Cims to live closer to work areas and retired Cims to move to this beautiful building in a nice area of town.

City Advantage:

1) Senior Cims will move out of residential areas, allowing young Cims to move into now available residential areas close to work.

2) By placing death care facilities in close proximity to these assets, your city is able to address "Death Waves" quickly and quietly as your Cims age and pass on.

3) Allows your city to properly handle or alleviate the games "Senior Waves".

4) City Income – The Mod allows you to earn city income using this building as outlined in the Mod instructions.

- Adds to or replaces "Basic Senior Citizen Residential Home 2 Star" required subscription.
- 200 Large Luxurious Appartments for Senior care (Aprox. 112 to 140 Senior Cims)

- Cim Markers set for Pool and bench relaxation
- 5 Star Health Rating set

- 6 uneducated Workers
- 20 Educated Workers

I agree. I will look to see if I have a backup and update the asset cost. Just a note, this asset works as a Senior Citizen and the one you showed me, does not...

That senior apartment costs $8500.
This apartment is obviously bigger and able to house more than 4 times more seniors than that apartment, so even my suggested cost, $12000, seems to be very cheap.

I will say, I love the way you think. Actually can't help, but agree with you. As I have had 3 computer crashes and in effect lost this asset.... we can assume the building is already there, but the mayor gets to plop it where it already is and as this is a ploppable building you decide where it goes.

But *in this game* this kind of buildings are constructed by players who do role of mayors. Isn't it? If this kind of buildings are privately owned it should be ploppable building.
So I suggest to raise the cost of this buildings' cost to at least $12000. It is for balancing with the other buildings of this kind too.

In the U.S.A these buildings are privately owned. 1,000 would be the cost of administrative fees. I think, it has been awhile, but 10,000 is likely the actual cost of the building.

How can it only costs $1000? I think this low cost is a kind of cheating. How can I modify its cost at least in my client?

GamerFrog and Fai, I can cut this by six nodes but at a cost to the number of props placed and so loosing the on the appearance side. Do you plan on placing 200 of these in your city? No, not likely. Still the building uses less nodes than than placing the 20 smaller buildings to house the same 200 Cims (60 nodes instead of 6). Make sense or is appearance not as important?

you build on each side in this asset 3 separeted parts of a walkway with lamps. this needs 6 nodes per side. if you need lamps,you can set this without this 6 parts of walkway or if you need this walkway on this sides, build one walkway per side with two nodes and length 6. if anyone build this asset 200x in his town, he use 2400 nodes !!!!!! for what?
