Hello!

You are reading a guide made by Cerilun. I would like to say that it’s extremely hard to describe all the locations so I have added some pictures to help out. If you think some parts are still weird and not clear enough please message me on Steam or Discord so I can make it better. Also apologising for all the typos, English is not my first language.

Please use the maps provided to find the places for the cards until the first visit to the “surgery”. After that read this through for the rest of the cards. All the ones that can be found during the interrogations/hackings are listed here too, under the person you are hacking into. The list is in order so go through it one at a time.

I would like to thank everyone in the Discord for valuable feedback and help with some of the cards. Pictures are added of some of the cards based on the feedback I got. :)

EDIT// PLEASE BE NOTED THAT THIS GUIDE OBVIOUSLY HAS SPOILERS IN IT, I take no responsibility of "ruining" the game for someone who reads this. I wrote the guide from the perspective of someone who already finished the game as I think that's the way it should be done (not checking guides before you have finished the game ;) )

When I talk about "outer walkway" or "outer intestine walkway" I mean these things

Difference being "intestine" would have the intestines going around and about.

To make your hunt easier for some of the cards please be on the look out for the stickers that can be found near the places where a card is. These stickers will guide your way.

Apartment cards






After you have gone through the apartment maps you should have 25 cards.

• Amir hack is + 4 cards.
  
• Pieta hack is + 1.
  
• Helena is + 6.

After you have gotten everything that is shown in the maps go through this text guide in order. I have added pictures of some cards to help you find them. Please ask if you need pictures for other ones or need help in finding them!

Amir hack:
• Kitchen Cabinet, don’t walk to the window before you get this one.
• Dead end past nanophage quarantine fence, crawl under it. Added a picture of the hallway. On the right to the direction the arrow in the TV is trying to direct you is the dead end and the fence.
• Hallway with flashing lights, turn around, on a wall behind nanophage fence. Added a picture of the hallway. When you are here - turn around.
• In a open shower on the far right when following the flying disco TV

Pieta hack:
• Adjust the three sliders so that they turn green, you will have a big tree in the end. When you approach it will explode and there will be a picture instead. If you cannot locate the sliders they are about midway to Pieta, there is a fence behind which you should find the sliders and in front of the sliders there is a big gardening patch. Added a picture of the fence when you approach it and one of the sliders.

Helena hack:
• In a cubicle... in the very beginning of the hack... you read right, in a cubicle. There is about 293012 of them. Picture added of the card and the view from the right cubicle towards the cafeteria. Added a picture of the card and a picture to give you an idea which cubicle it is. View is towards the cafeteria.

• Next one? In a cubicle... After you press the TV and get the jazzy music. There is a nanophage quarantine fence in one corner with a chair.
• Print one picture from the PC. Need to set up the clock on kitchen counter to 3:20am.
• After washing machines and the part where Helena says “I can’t do this anymore” and you are teleported to a dark corridor, look left when you spawn and go to the back of that corridor.
• After you are done with Nanophage monster sneaking you get to a room where you need to crawl under the stairs. Before you do that, go interact with the door on top of the stairs. It’s locked but interacting with it will get you a card to appear on the door.
• After you are done talking to Adam through the computer you can find one picture at one of the cubicles again so don’t go to the door before you get this. It’s near the orange electrical cords that are coming out from the ceiling. Added a picture of the "orange" cords.

Underground maze:
• Room 006.
• Fridge next to 016.
• Left from the fridge, through the doorway, to the right down the steps to a dead end.
• Room 028, organ farm, in the fridge.

The looping hallway: When you enter the hallway where you can hear the woman crying, turn back and go the “wrong way round”. You will eventually come to the intercom to talk to her like you normally would. Talk to her but keep going the “wrong direction” after. There will be a toilet and the end of the hallway and the picture will be on the wall. (Note, wrong way means that you walk so that the door is on your right and windows are on your left) Added a picture of the looping hallway with the open toilet door.

Room 210: Trigger the change by going to the jackets, turn back around and go next to the LP player. Added a picture of the place where the card appears.

After you exit Jack Karnas hack, one is in the kitchen.

Second visit to surgery room, in the area where you first time turned the power on, on the floor, on a shadow of a person. Added a picture of the place I'm talking about.

Outer intestine walkway, when following Victor, door at the end.

After forest, next to a door in the storage area.

In the attic before you go down from the hatch, don’t touch it before you get this picture. Under tipped down closet, crawl under it. Added a picture of the said closet/location.

Victor hack:
• Caged area in the yard with the TV story time.
• Hallway, behind a door with grass in front of it. Before that there is a TV with Victor’s fathers’ image in it. Added a picture of the door, you can notice the nanophage sticker next to it.
• Tiny room past Victor’s bedroom in the ruined house with flashbacks. In the fridge.
• On a bench in front of the church.
• On the counter in front of big Janus at his office. Added a picture of the location.

Moving on, when you are going to find the generator for restoring the power there is a picture at the “beginning of the hole” you are going to crawl into under the floor panels of the hallway. Added a picture of this from the locked/powered down door looking at the direction of the card/hole.

Lockers next to the fuse box.

On a stove in the watery hallways, next to rooms 043 and 044. Added a picture of the place/stove.

Before crawling in to the smaller tunnel on the left wall, go forward to the dead end. The hole where you can see a pigeon cage hanging, there is one on the floor. If you think from the direction you came from it’s on the left side. Added a picture of the point where you have to continue forward and added a picture of the place for the card.


On a wall in Victors “den”.

Next to/under the computers when you hack in to Adams severed head.



In the sewer tunnels after getting the power to the door. Open it, go through it, on the left side next to wall there is a card. Added a picture of the location, you can see the sticker pointing to the card there. View is from the direction you come from.

After you come out of a pipe, on the left side in a corner with some plants growing under it. Added a picture of the said corner, this is the view you see after you exit the crawl pipe.

In front of a quarantine gate when you exit the tunnels, in front of sanctuary. Added a picture of the gate in question. The picture is on the left of the gate on the ground.

Before entering sanctuary, on the right side on a piano.

Higher floor of the sanctuary, in the balcony, on a railing before you enter the elevator.

On the table, next to the monitor, when you enter highrise/Chiron building.

When you crawl under the nanophage quarantine fence, on the left side.

In the white patient/observing room, on a stool.

In Chiron building when you are playing ring-around-the-rosy with the monster, there is a crawlspace near “orange” TVs with eyes on them.

One after the long corridor on the table with the computers before you trigger the chase.

One in the crawl space after the chase. Have to unplug few cords to get behind.
