Skallabjorn Space Systems - Viking know how in the New Space Race

This is a vanilla solar panel re-work and add in for my server.

X 10 power output of the originals, with parts re-ballance in relation to it.

Note this re-names the vanila panels to OFFSET SOLAR ( but no KLANG to your blueprints happens ) and adds in a set of Centered Solar panels.

Max power output on the Big Block panel is 1.2 MW ( small reactor output is 15 MW )

Max power output on the Small Block panel is 0.3 MW ( Small Reactor Output is 0.5 mw )

Works great with my other re-ballanced mod, Tiny Small Medium x 10 solar panels.
