Designed for low density areas.

City Advantage:

1) Senior Cims will move out of residential areas, allowing young Cims to move into now available residential areas close to work.

2) By placing death care facilities in close proximity to these assets, your city is able to address "Death Waves" quickly and quietly as your Cims age and pass on.

3) Allows your city to properly handle or alleviate the games "Senior Waves".

4) City Income – The Mod allows you to earn city income using this building as outlined in the Mod instructions.

Hello CAPPRI-SEVEN, Nursing-Home-Mod has the affect of any mod added and I have been using mods since day one. My understanding is mods turn off achievements. Using Mod Achievement Enabler.... I have not experienced achievement loss caused by this or other mods...

Senior Citizens Nursing Home Care P1 is the only one that has the glowing problem.

I am glad and happy you enjoy my work.... absolutely making my day. can you tell me witch itmes have glowing effect... I have seen this in others works and so would surely like to address.

Ohh just wanted to add. I have all the other nursing homes assets you have done. None of them have the glowing problem.

Your assets are great. I have alot of your stuff. I have this one also. Looks great. Execpt some of them get a really bad glowig effect at night. I built a seniors area with a bunch of these. And some glow at night. I tried bulldozing them and placing again. At first they wern't glowing then after about 5min started glowing again.

I spent 4 hours and am not able to duplicate the event, however this would be a problem with the mod. You know I would resolve it or work with the modder if I could actually duplicate the issue.

I was able to access the nursing homes fine until I save the game and loaded it later. My saved city still had the nursing homes that had been placed, but I could no longer place new ones. They weren't even grayed out under health care, they were totally gone. I do have the mod installed as well as (at the time) the basic nursing home. I thought I'd missed a mod so I went back and added more. I think I have all the nursing homes you offer plus the mod. It's still doing it. Only now when I get to that level there are two options for the cryo thing. I've re-started my city several times, downloaded a new map...I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.
