This guide will help you to find all the RC cars hidden in the game and unlock achievement "A work in progress".

PLEASE BE NOTED THAT THIS GUIDE OBVIOUSLY HAS SPOILERS IN IT, I take no responsibility of "ruining" the game for someone who reads this. I wrote the guide from the perspective of someone who already finished the game as I think that's the way it should be done (not checking guides before you have finished the game ;) )

概要

How to find all the cars?

There are 4 cars in total and you need to get the first 3 outside Helenas hack and last one during her hack.

#1 car is in the beginning of the game where you go into the room with hanged woman on the ground floor, the car is in front of this room on the floor.
#2 car will run away from you to the kitchen/dining room on second floor. This will trigger a tiny flash of Adam too. If you don't see the car drive away from you it has not spawned yet, do something else and come back later (unsure at this point if you need to hack into Amir before you get this to spawn or not).
#3 car is in the yard behind the trashcans next to the tattoo parlour.
#4 is in the Helena hack. Adams room can be found in the part where you drag the "baby TV" around as your guiding light. Look around for a open door, it's past some doors where you can plug your TV into so you have to go past these, it's pretty early in that part. The car is on Adams table.

Please note that the cars have to be collected in order.
Kitchen car spawned after Amir hack so if you go to the kitchen before this it might not be there yet. Go back after you are done with Amir.
Get the 3 cars before you hack into Helena.

I missed #3. I went there quite early, no car.
I found #3 after hacking Helena. :(

#1 car also drives away from you as soon as you enter the corridor. It will stop in front of the apartment door. And no it is not a woman the hung person....it's a man (read the email on the pc)

No, you won't receive the achievement then. You have to get them in one playthrough.

Does anybody know are RC-cars, audio recordings and roses achievement are accumulative? I mean it don't have "single playthrough" in their description, and if I left one of items in the first playthrough and collect it in second I'll recive the achievement?

Yes, you most likely need to get them in order. I will upload a video of all of the car locations later today for you all !

It looks like the first three are triggered - Only after catching the first on the ground floor and going for the second located on the 2nd floor kitchen the third one appears in the backyard. All three of 'em might be needed for the door to the fourth one to open in Helena's dream. Because I went into Helena's with only the first rc car in hand and haven't found an open door to Adam's room as pointed in the guide.

well i was right there was a mysterious door blocking the way ever other time i played through it. This time i completely ran through the game skipping everything unimportant and the doorway was clear.. Idk why but it was this time.
