No Regeneration Cap - Radious Submod

I saw the compatibility patch for my No Regen Cap mod wasn't being updated so I looked for a better solution and figured out how to overwrite the radious mods regen cap without having to copy over everything it had and replace it.

So I present to you this submod for radious that removes the regenation cap while in battle. Your troops regen cap will change from 125% of their base hp that default radious has to 1billion% of their base HP. This basically gives them unlimited regenation in battle if you can get them to regen either with a native ability like trolls regeneration or using a spell.

Have fun guys.

This requires Radious Total War as one can assume and it works 100% with their total units pack but does not require it.
