Map+ v3 features

New terrain texture
Less unit icon grouping
Continental color tint removed
Wide gradient borders trimmed down
No fog
Naval/Air mode border recoloring
VP names displayed longer when zooming out

Use Map+ Ironman for ironman mode, achievements and multiplayer.

Recommended mods:

int3gral's Smaller 3D sprites - small models
Kryo's -RGFX- White Map Font

Mod compatibility:

Should be compatible with other mods as this only changes textures, graphical effects and overwrites the relevant lines only in the defines (instead of the whole defines file as previously).
