This was one of the first maps I ever downloaded maybe around 2011-12 ish. Some good nostalgia from that time.

I'd love to play another one of these maps if you ever feel like making one again.

That is strange but does make a little sense. I compiled this map in a much older version of the HL2 engine, from before the Steampipe update. I'm surprised it's still mostly stable especially since I was still an unexperienced mapper back then.

Fun fact: this map seems to hard-freeze in hl2:ep2 just past the "That door's locked from the other side..." part. Seems to be caused by some assault_assaultpoints having themselves as the next point (specifically unit_00_assaultpoint_2 and unit_01_assaultpoint_2). Wonder why it doesn't crash in gmod...

Probably someday but I'm lazy and distracted by life. Especially this month. I've been doing other creative things lately. If you enjoy reading I have a novel for free on my profile and its story does wrap around back to Paranoia in a vague, abstract way.
