Allows you to modify a map's nodegraph.
No re-compiling required.
You can edit / create a nodegraph for any map that isn't part of a gcf and doesn't have a nodegraph built into the .bsp.

guys this is an old mod if it doesn't work then deal with it, the creater said he wouldn't update this anymore.
