Gameplay experience
The overall gameplay experience is great. The controls are very easy to use and can even though be changed to fit the players experience and playstyle. The difficulty of the game is well balanced, but it requires a lot of hours if you want to be decent in competitive games – like any other games. CSGO was very interesting to play and gave a lot of excitement. Even though the CS2 doesn’t feel quite the same, but still brings excitement when you play the game.

The in-game choices you make, will make a difference in the match. Whatever your team does, everyone depends on each other. Everything matters from guns, to equipment, to grenades.

Rewards regarding ranking up isn’t that satisfying with CS2. I don’t get the same feeling raking up from i.e., 5000 to 10000 in rating compared to ranking up from Gold Nova 1 to Gold Nova Master. Numbers doesn’t feel the same as the CSGO ranks.

Presentation & Immersion
Even though there isn’t a certain story to the game, you still feel immersed to the game when you play a match. The visual of the game is done beautifully with upgrades throughout CSGO and when CS2 came out.

The sounds are very good and plays a key role in the game. The HUD is user-friendly and in-game menus are easy to understand.

Design & Technical Aspects
Game mechanics are very well designed. And even the game has a lot of content. The game’s AI is good, and the game settings are very flexible to change. The game itself has had very minor-to-none bugs and glitches.

Final Considerations
My overall experience with the game is very good and I feel very satisfied. The game is fun to play with friends. The micro-transactions and in-game purchases in the game makes the account more personal and you feel “invested” in it.

For what you pay, which is basically nothing because it’s free to play. You get a lot of value. Even though if you must pay like we did back in the days, it would still be worth the price.

This is a game I strongly would recommend to others.
