Early Access Review
Gameplay experience
The gameplay experience is very good. All the controls are very easy to understand and use. The difficulty of the game is perfectly well balanced. You can play by choosing numerous of different difficulties.

Kingdoms Reborn is very interesting to play and gets you excited. Wherever you start, whatever you build and prioritize has a lot of influence. How you prioritize your resources is crucial and do make all actions highly meaningful.

Progress and milestones throughout the game gives rewards and further upgrades that builds up on each other. Making everything you do regarding progress feels very satisfying.

Presentation & Immersion
The game doesn’t have a specific story, only what you get told in the beginning. It’s all about starting a new civilization. The world you play in feels very much alive and makes you feel very immersed.

How the visual arts are created in the game is very appealing. You play a game with sounds and music that is very engaging. The HUD and in-game menus are very user-friendly.

Design & Technical Aspects
Game mechanics are excellently designed. Everything in the game is connected somehow. And do have a meaning and does feel useful. The content of the game is very much well-crafted and extensive.

I would say that the AI is good and makes them intelligent and realistic. The game settings do feel flexible and customizable. But there are room for improvements regarding graphics settings and world generation settings.

I have experienced minor to nontechnical issues and glitches with the game.

Final Considerations
The overall experience of the game is very satisfying. I like the concept of the game and I’m very impressed of how good the game is for it to be a small development team and in early access. This is one of the best EA games out here.

Throughout the game there are no micro-transactions. The replay value is very high because you can try out different type of civilizations. The world is also random generated which makes generating new maps room for different ways to play.

The game does provide sufficient gameplay value for its price. To be an EA game, you get a lot of value for the money you pay. This is a game I would strongly recommend to others.
