There are two types of kicks, one is the Vote-Kick which is started by one of your teammates. Second, there is the too much team damage kick.

If you get vote-kicked and your team wins without you, you also get the win. If you get kicked off by doing too much team damage, you do not get a win regardless if your team wins/loses.
