Hey guys just wanted to put up a few notes about our team progress. We accomplished soo much in such a short period of time and I am very proud of our progress! I have many friends in this group that have been with me for years through thick and thin. Through all my crazy ideas and plans you guys stuck by my annoying and sometimes spammy schemes. All the rules I made you change with, add to your profile or apply to certain practices of your gaming free time like recruiting for a steam group or setting up a new player for the first time. I know certain aspects are a pain in the ass to follow all the times but I just want to touch on some milestones we achieved together as a result,

1 Sponsors.

Just 1 year ago we got our first basic as they come sponsorship and it soon raised to 12! We only gained commission but with as many uploads as we doing we was bringing in $60 a month. Now YouTube changed their policy on linking and monetization so we haven't been making much from the links we post however now we reached a new level of being a fully sponsored team! And with 3 more FULL sponsorships including a gaming chair company, a custom PC builder, and a jersey company interested in partnering with us for 2K19 things are only moving faster. And remember guys this is all with under 100 subs on YouTube and less than 250 on Facebook! These guys are lining up to work with us on our ideas alone! That's epic and a place I never thought we would reach at our peak in MW2! I am going to be editing our sponsor links here soon to reflect our current FULL sponsors. The commission based sponsorships are helpful but now I think we can stop pushing them and use them more towards discounts, and special promotions for the team mainly. We can still share them with everyone we like and earn money. But this way we will keep the links all in our discussions and we can sign up for even more non PC related programs such as Amazon just to earn a little extra money and give our members more discount options!

2 eSports

Lets move on to tournaments because as hard as we tried we just haven't been able to break into this aspect of PC gaming. And really what have we been missing? Some XP points? A rank? Thats all fine and dandy but where would we go from there? We have been seeing a lot of dead ends with only a few newer games having any path forward in regards to esports. So the most reasonable thing to do if there is a hole in the market is plug it! And thats where our event creation site comes in! We are making progress no matter how slow it is coming together! In the mean time I have begun to build a series of our own "mini tournaments" this is all done on a third party site that accepts registration fees of 4.4% + .88 per transaction which doesn't allow for much room to work with. but it's the best I have found so far and it's a start. Also guys just a quick mention our videos are looking cleaner, we created new intros, added a new end card template, and started using a layered thumbnail software for our YouTube. We created new logo's and tournament artwork that I can be half proud of anyways and we have a long way to go but we are making progress. We need to get more videos up so send me that content! YouTube boosts = team opportunities boosts.

The team is always evolving and adapting to changes and challenges but we are getting there. I have noticed some disconnect between the group and our members recently and I just want to tell you guys to really focus your energy into the group. Reach out to people you may know who can help us take that next step up, always push the team and our brand and always rep our sponsors because they are really helping us out we jumped from 44 subs to 77 as soon as we got sponsored by Arctic alone! That number will grow with time and content but a lot of things we couldn't have done without them like going from 20 likes on Facebook to 108 in a 2 week period! So always keep pushing, have fun and always innovate that is what gives our team the leading edge out there! Also on a side note that headset I "won" in the contest you can see I added to the prize pool of CS:GO in our tournament! I haven't taken a single item from the sponsors I continue to re invest into you guys and the team. So keep up our pace and we will have more things like this to play around with.

Hello guys and welcome to the team update for this month! I have some exciting news and some details to future plans and even some rule changes.


So guys as you should know by now we have 2 product or "Full" Sponsorships in addition to our partnership or commission based sponsors and those are ARCTIC and BANDICAM. I also reached out to EVGA and ANTEI Labs who is a PC build company and both have us on the list for FULL team sponsorship! Here are those details,

EVGA: Has a sponsorship / eSports program in development but has not opened yet for teams to join. Eddie has agreed to inform us when the position becomes available so we can become a FULL EVGA SPONSORED TEAM!

ANTEI LABS: Has a full sponsorship program running and the team's site I found these guys on was giving away ENTIRE PC'S! So I reached out to them and informed them of our plans for the event creation site and our PC team alliance group UGL and they loved it! They said that because the nature of the sponsorships they provide (Entire PC build giveaways) They couldn't afford to sponsor another team right now and they can't just drop a team but they are planning to work with us in the very "near future" So perhaps another teams contract is running out or we will sign our contract next year!

APORIA CUSTOMS: These guys create custom eSports Jerseys and host team stores for them directly on their website, all the materials are designed by their pro design teams and each new design costs $10. The store costs $20 to open and we will make a percentage of every sale we get on the site (Up to 10%) We will also get to create custom discount codes for the team and our fans at 10, 15, 20 and 25% off! But keep in mind that this will also affect the amount we make off of each product. So next month I will be opening a store up and you guys will be able to send me $10, submit your designs to me and I will get them to the designers for creation then I will turn around and sell our members the products at max discount and with the money we make off of the purchases I'll kick back to the team in giveaways and contests! I know it sucks to have to buy your own team ♥♥♥♥ but the designers need to be compensated for their work and at least I will give everyone a shot to get a bit of their money back in team contests!

Everything is really looking great and the only thing I'm missing is content from you guys to place on the channel. Since sub counts play a HUGE factor into most sponsor applications it really would help to get our count up to at least 1000. I am adding a new rule to set a ranking system within the team. New members will have a probation period of 6 months (0 infractions) and will not be eligible to participate in cash or material *Private* contests for 1 year, although all can enter to win public contests. I am doing this so that people do not come to the team expecting to get free things and leave I want them to be an established member before enjoying the things all our loyal members has worked so hard to create. Also any member that has already joined prior to the posting of this announcement is grandfathered in and can still play for cash and prizes!

As you guys may have seen the site is gone but the site is still up under a wix domain. I am working on creating a members area atm so the site is down and I'm not paying for a site that is down if it can be hosted for free while I edit it.

Also I will be adding a digital roster to our website each member will get their own section for people to see, this will eliminate steam as our main roster census. We will no longer need to add you to the steam group to be a member you will just get your own area in our website with links to your pages, player info, content slideshow and even a link to your custom products in our team store! This is a very importaint step to branching out from steam into a larger pool of games! Adding new members from other platforms will be easier for myself and admins!

Hello to everyone who is still with the team there has been some rough patches with the way things have been going lately. Aside from my computer being down since July of last year LOL and CoD WWII not being recieved quite as well as I originally anticipated we also lost a LOT of members.Some left for a good reason others were questionable we also lost a lot of guys from inactivity and not following our rules. Shout out to David from Puerto Rico A.K.A El Deatho hope you are ok man and I haven't heard from you since the series of hurricanes that struck down there. If anyone has been or can get in contact with him tell him to message me asap! But I always said we have a good thing going for us dispite the ups and downs. We had a HUGE year last year! Lots of milestones in such a short amount of time!!! Including our first FULL sponsorship from Arctic Cooling! Guys I'm really happy and excited for the team I have big plans as always for us and that never guarantees EVERYTHING is going to work out as planned but that can't stop us from always pushing our limits. That being said I have not yet heard back from AFKGG studio.. He normally writes back slower because he is always busy but I can't give you guys a date and I wish I could. I will try calling there here soon and getting some straight answers for you. My apologies to everyone looking forward to the event, I am doing all I can to make it happen still.

That said I want to mention the fact that I plan to shift focus away from MLG type contests at least for the time being, I would love to have a presence there but if the community is not there it's just not there. I instead want to focus more on our YouTube account, Branching out to other games, and doing more events with the team to win some money and things. And that brings me to my next topic which is very importaint so i'll do all caps for ya.


I personally dont gain anything from the team making money as I give it all back to you guys in the form of contests. I do round to the nearest whole so if the team earned $56.98 the previous month I round down to $50 to give away. I keep the rest. But I also host our teams website, make all the calls, and babysit the team 24/7 and getting $50 for playing video games each month should be good enough for ya. If you guys buy something on our teams custom links we provide on each members profile, or in sponsor discounts we get a percent of that sale. Then at the end of the month you get a chance to earn some of that money you used to buy something back for FREE.............Guys it's really dumb not to shop on our links or promote them. Thats what a sponsor relationship is, we earn them money and in return we get things back such as money and special discounts. Sure everyone's not getting a new PC or anything but then again other steam groups get nothing at all with no sponsors. LOL guys we have 30 members no sponsor is going to send the whole team free ♥♥♥♥ it's too much money. Why would they? What have we really done for them? Do nothing. Get nothing. No contests are one thing but guys everyone has social media and YouTube accounts no reason you should'nt be advertising for the group because you are really just screwing yourselves? Aside from that if we don't generate any money at all for over 3 months they deactivate our deposit account and it's really a pain in the ass to get that reactivated. I do a lot for the team behind this computer screen I give 100% of time and resources to try and hook you guys up at least take advantage of the things, otherwise the reactivations, the 30 minutes of copy paste I do in sponsor discounts every 3 days, emails sent to companies for sponsorship etc all goes to waste?? I held an event for a brand new in the box headset from Arctic cooling and not only could I not find anyone to host it, but nobody was online?? I get it, you guys dont play much Call of Duty but we arent sponsored for CoD we are sponsored period, we can play whatever we want and earn money. I'm just worried at the end of next year our sponsors might look back and say ok we sponsored them but what did it really do for us? Why re sign them? We always gotta rep for the sponsors because they went out on a limb and hooked us up for just asking them to. Our YouTube is small and we dont have many followers on social media....They just liked us and what we had planned and they took a chance on us lets not let them down guys.

I say US but what I mean by that is the team holding major events on the website and doing exclusive events for PC guys! And not to mention the advertising available for our team on a site of this scale! I could create a placeholder ad for us when people arent renting an ad slot it could be huge for us. I will be doing 2 contests in the near future, 1 will be for $100 winner takes all and I will also be doing another contest for the other P533 gaming headset given to us from arctic. Before I give dates I want you guys to first comment below which game you would like to see these events take place in. I will take the list and put them into a live vote that the team can vote on. The $100 will come out of my pocket as thanks to all those who stuck by our side through the rough time you guys earned it. We have not earned any money from our url's and we are expected to have our deposit account suspended next month if I remember correctly so try and get some sales comming in guys i'm not going to keep re activating every 3 months. It is turning out to be a waste of my valuable time sadly.

I wanted to go over some things about the team and update everyone on our progress. We gained 2 full sponsorship's ARCTIC cooling and Bandicam! We gained 88 likes on Facebook since then and 36 subs on Youtube.We will be doing a license giveaway for Bandicam sometime in the near future to.
I have been in contact with David from AFKGG Lounge and Amy Ash from Multiplay.UK the first two live events for Call of Duty WWII I arranged next year. Both are still working on details no official dates have been confirmed yet so stay tuned on that information. I am working on getting Dreamhack involved and another organizer from the west coast to do more events next year.

So guys that brings me to my next topic. We have a lot of guys not following the rules and the biggest issue we are seeing is clan tags so let me just go over why it is a rule in the first place. Advertising, When a player see's a skilled organized team not all but most will want to be be a part of that team. The clan tag may result in name calling or being kicked out of servers w/e but you are still a member of our team. We will always be called cheaters or whatever that's a part of being a skilled team in PC Call of Duty. If any one of those kids check out our team page tho and educate themselves then perhaps it may change their minds about our team. But the fact of the matter is this, Most clans on PC aren't clans at all. They are steam groups who do nothing but team up and go pub stomp. They don't have sponsors, they don't have a website, They have no YouTube or social media platforms. And most are run by children. Nobody outside of PC CoD knows who they are and they never will. That team will transfer owners as years go by and pretty soon that group will die, they have no end game, they have no future. Our team has a lot going for it I really don't feel like typing all of it but here goes,

4) Discord voice and text channels
5) Discounts each month from our sponsors that the team gets cash back on when purchases are made on our custom URL and links.

Now I want to shift your guys focus to our future. We need to branch out to other games, recruit new members, follow our rules every day, create new content for YouTube regularly, and get in discord daily. I'm not doing all this work so everyone can be lazy we have a big task to accomplish and we need to work together to achieve our goals. That's what a team does and I cant do it alone.

I am still working on building the website for people to go and create and fund their own tournaments. It will solve our "No events for PC issue" It will be a combination of Gamebattles, Teamsnap, Battlefy, Go Fund Me and Game Servers. It is very innovative, easy to use and will bring in a profit of $236,000 in paid advertising alone not to mention the 5% we earn from each tournament's total funding! We need more members we are down to 54 at our peak we was at 254. The more members, the more content being created, the more people our advertising, the farther our reach to the public. We need to build a diverse self sustaining team because I am getting wore out. Admins, recruiting is your responsibility but those who don't have admin privileges can recruit new players by adding the desired player as a friend and having them click the request join button on our groups steam page.
