Rules for World Tier 8

Rule on Military
You can 4 armies and 2 of them are static meaning they cant move and the ohters can move and colonize or fight battles against another nation. And every week it resets and you can move your static army into another location. but your armies that arnt static still stay in the same place they were before.
P.S we can change how many armies we have just let me know

Wars
if your enemy doesnt have the same game as you then he finds a gneral then you 2 will play

Revolutions are allowed with unbalanced battles between the occupying faction and the revolutionary faction a possibility.During the period of their rebellion gains can be made in strength, with a new army being gained for each 4 regions captured by the rebelling faction, until they reach a dedicated nation size then they can be decided upon by the tier overseer.

Land – Some nations seek to expand their borders and rightfully so. When declaring war, announce which country you are goin to declare war on. Unoccupied lands are gained by defeating an MIDDLE AI DEFAULT OTTOMAN army

Alliances – In order to participate in a war on behalf of an ally, the alliance must post the participating nations and a group page. The Alliance can be broken but you can't declare war on a country in your own alliance. No more than 10 nations can get involved in a war.

All declarations of war must be posted to tier page to be valid. The type of war should be stated clearly in the message along with any other necessary information. The defender has 24 hrs to respond before loosing by default.

Misc
-Nations cannot claim to be another nations protectorate when either is involved in a war

-All alliances must be posted on group page

-Army/Navy positions must be updated as they move

-Unbalanced Matches are allowed
