Troll:
One who purposely and deliberately (that purpose usually being self-amusement) starts an argument in a manner which attacks others on a forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by his or her peers. He will spark of such an argument via the use of ad hominem attacks with no substance or relevence to back them up as well as straw man arguments, which he uses to simply avoid addressing the essence of the issue.


How do you know you're a Troll?
1. You think every member of the opposing team is talking about you and only you.
2. You live beneath a bridge.
3. You type empty and meaningless messages, purely to provoke.
4. You just want to annoy, for the sake of annoyance and personal enjoyment (like a baby is entertained by a rattle or colorful lights).
5. You're easily amused by things only the most retarded, unfunny child would appreciate.
6. You honestly take pride in the "art" like you've actually accomplished something.

How do you fix your Trolling problem?
1. Discipline - Keep your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mouth shut.
2. Scholarship - Expand your intelligence.
3. Charisma - Learn to charm with your words.
4. Sensible - Stop being racist.
5. Humour - Abandon that sick/childish humour.

How do I properly deal with a Troll in Left 4 Dead 2?
1. Make sure you're dealing with a Troll - Sometimes, what appears to be a troll may just be a very stressed out gamer.
2. Use the ignore ability - Beat the troll solely by points, and not by words.
3. Compliment the troll - Maybe they'll be confused and run off.
4. Stop responding to them - Rule #1 Don't Feed the Trolls. Trolls love attention and they love it when they see angry replies. Don't feed the troll.
5. Stay calm - Trolls aim to make you angry.
