As Mikar Trevels, Captain of the Iridescent, was looking out over the expanse of space in orbit above Phindar, the communications officer called out, "Sir, we're intercepting a distress signal from the Botajef system." Captain Trevels quickly made his way over to the console as the officer activated the playback: "This is the Events Horizon, we are transporting intel valuable to the Alliance, however we have come under attack by an Imperial patrol. Requesting immediate assist- *static*"

"Relay the transmission to High Command, see if we have any intel on this ship before blindly flying into combat." The communications officer carries out the order and after a moment turns to the Captain, "Sir, mission is a green light...from the top."

The Captain strokes his chin intently, deep in momentary thought before snapping back to the moment. "Orders are orders, set our course for the Botajef system," barked out the Captain as the crew quickly moved to carry out his orders.
