ABOUT EU/NA Political Communication

Hey there,

This group is created to serve as a platform for daily friendly chats about politics by people living in the American or European region.

That does include sharing news, linking articles, discussing ideas, recommending authors/books, talking philosophy and debating over elections.

This is an open group and we do not deny anyone to join. Your political ideology is irrelevant to us. If you come from the American/European region and are able to speak English at a reasonable level, you are very welcome.

Anyone who wishes to be a moderator can come to me and you will be quickly given moderator access.


I would like to ask you to read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Communication on this platform has to be in the English language. Not everybody is a native-speaker, so we ask you to try your best to express yourself at a reasonable level (No excessive use of capital letters, exclamation marks etc.)

2. Censorship of comments through moderators is prohibited.

3. Hate Speech = Free Speech. We ask you to be respectful to each other. If you however feel offended or personally attacked by a person, we suggest you to ignore it as we will not delete comments.

This group is targeted at European and American news since it fits into the interests of the majority of english-speaking people on steam. We have a similar culture and are therefore connected.
News and politics of Africa and Asia (some parts) will most likely interest nobody.

Considering your comments. I could not understand everything due to the language but I can only suggest you to open threads in the discussion with specific topics. It is more effective to discuss there.
If you don't have the rights to create your own discussion, let me know. I haven't checked all of the group rights yet.

so when our democracy means to kill in nato wars and regime changes millions of people since end of second world war - to keep africa instabil for our economy - to destroy complete countries with our banks (see greece as example) and to try to raid countrie s with freetrade agreements like TTIP CETA NAFTA and alot more then what is better - russians and chinas dictatorship or our ´´democracy´´ which is also called capitalism (capitalism dont work without that other people become poor btw)
now i am interestet in ur answer D

hi everybody, my english isnt the best (i am a german maybe thats why XD) but i would like to know what kind of political group that is ? ( i read in the description and saw ideologie is irrelevant which is good to me, but why only americans and europeans ? are english speaking russians living in russia or chinese not allowed ?
