Hello dear staff members!

The following announcement explains the ranks and roles implemented as of July 27th, 2017. And as requested at the second official staff meeting.

All ranks and roles have been listed on the home page of this group, please check in for the latest updates and roster changes.

In terms of changes, we have removed our structured tiers that were introduced in the founding of this group. Those being the Senior, Junior, and Head positions at each management level. This was due to confusion and lack of need for the actual positions as they served more as title/placeholders than actual positions of interest.

We have also introduced unique roles that can be assigned to staff members for specific group functions. All such will be listed below.

General Rank Explanations & Requirements
In descending order according to management party

• The owner's and co-owner's of Artwork Inc. will be expected to help partake in the hosting of staff meetings, staff approval, and promotional updates, as well as general management and advancements of the group.
  
  
• The administration party, on the other hand, will serve to ensure everything flows smoothly and is carefully monitored. Admins will be expected to look over select areas to ensure content is produced by staff is accurate and that the community is generally content.
  
  The administration will be responsible for ensuring that staff are up to date on information and helping staff answer questions in threads and comments when needed. Consequently, admins may also be called on by moderators to diffuse arguments and harassment when out of a moderator's hands.
  
  
• The moderation team will work on threads and answer all questions by members. They are expected to be somewhat knowledgeable about the community and respond consistently on all threads in the main group's forum section. Moderators should also be aware of their actions and request help from Admins when needed. Finally, moderators should invite their friend's list, report bugs, and issues when applicable, and help run the community!

• Staff Managers are users responsible for the well-being of staff. They are in charge of applications, promotions, and demotions alike.
  
  
• Group Managers will work almost entirely towards the big picture of Artwork Inc. They help to shape the group by making suggestions, implementing ideas, and plotting points on our future path.
  
  
• Thread Managers serve as the first line of response and support to the community. We'd like them to respond to all threads and comments as soon as they're posted.
  
  
• Member Managers should reply on the advancement thread and help to progress users through the groups. They should also from time to time filter users out of the class groups when applicable.
  
  
• Giveaway Managers are select individuals who run the daily giveaways hosted by our group as well as ensuring community involvement in all such events.
  
  
• Judges or Jury Members are people on the exclusive group Council which helps to invite users into that group.
